Chimay Red Trappist Ale 9% ABV $7.5
Its taste, which imparts a silky sensation to the tongue, is made refreshing by a light touch of bitterness. To the palate, the taster perceives a pleasant astringency which complements the flavor qualities of this beer very harmoniously. This top fermented Trappist beer, refermented in the bottle, is not pasteurized.
Delerium Tremens Golden Ale 8.5% ABV $7.5
Triple fermented, bubbly, golden blonde and packs a wallop. Brewed by Brewery Huyghe NV in Melle, Belgium. In 1997 it was elected Best Beer in the World by Stuart A. Kallen.
La Trappe Quadrupel 10% ABV $7.5
A unique Trappist beer that is even put to rest sorted by year in the cellars of the abbey for further fermentation. The strongest beer of La Trappe with a beautiful amber colour. The warm taste is full and well-balanced. A little bit sweet and pleasantly bitter.
