"NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize Durkin's Tavern as one of the official Steeler Bars in Chicago. The Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby confer upon Durkin's Tavern the title of Ambassador Plenipotentiary of The Steeler Nation and does hereby declare Sunday, February 1, 2009, to be "DURKIN'S TAVERN DAY" in the City of Pittsburgh."
